Alipai FLOW and Felt roof seals are needed in Lujatalo’s construction site in Vaasa, Finland
What would a building project be without VILPE products? These photos are from the construction site of Wärtsilä’s Smart Technology Hub – their new integrated centre of research, product development and production in Vaasa, Finland.
The contractor for the building project is Lujatalo and the roofing contractor is Pohjanmaan Teollisuuskatot Oy. According to Timo Elo from Pohjanmaan Teollisuuskatot, the Smart Technology Hub is the largest project in company’s history measured by the roof area. Numerous VILPE Alipai underpressure vents and VILPE Felt roof seals are needed in this building site.
These photos are taken on the roof of the machine hall, where bitumen and fire-resistant roofing material can be seen.
Smart Technology Hub will be ready by the end of 2021.
