Career at VILPE

1. Team spirit. We enjoy ourselves both at work and in our free time. We have floorball/futsal groups as well as our own Esports team which competes in a Finnish’s league. Celebrations, special events and Christmas parties keep the year fun and varied.
2. We care. We donate 0.3 percent of our annual turnover to charity, regardless of our financial situation: in practice, this means a donation of more than 55,000 euros a year. VILPE employees also have the opportunity to influence charities, and can nominate an association of their choice (for example, a sports club) to receive a 300 euro VILPE scholarship.
3. We are a family business. We look for more than just quarterly results. There are always plans to continue driving our business forward into the future.
4. We empower people. Here you can develop your professional skills, whether you are a recent graduate or have already had a longer career in the industry.
5. We are responsible. For us, environmental friendliness is more than simply a buzzword. We have taken significant, concrete actions towards protecting the environment, such as replacing our factory’s oil heating system with geothermal energy and installing one of the largest solar power plants in Western Finland on our roof.
