The programme in the factory tours and the strategy launches are similar, so you can choose the preferred time of arrival.

11–11.30 Strategy launch presented by Tuomas Saikkonen, VILPE
11.30 Factory tours begin. The tours start in every 15 minutes.
11.30–14.45 Factory tours. The tour lasts approximately 30 minutes. The last factory tour starts at 14.15

Sandwiches are served starting at 11.45.

The Evening Gala will be held at the Botniahall sports arena, located just a stone’s throw from our factory. The address of the arena is Papinsaarentie 2/ Prostövägen 2, 65610 Korsholm

17–18.15 Buses drive between the hotels and the Bothiahall. Welcome drinks and networking.

02 The Gala ends

Violin artist OneViolin starts at 18.20 and the pop kantele diva Ida Elina performs during the dinner. Finnish singer Laura Voutilainen performs at 22.10. The last performance is by a cover band The Party Selection.

DJ Roope plays the coolest hits during the Gala.

The host of the evening is the popular author and presenter André Noël Chaker.

We will have a welcome drink and a three-course dinner.

Starter: dry-cured salmon & shrimp Skagen, red onion vinaigrette and dill oil
Main course: Confit duck leg, vegetable potato gratin with Mustaleima cheese, balsamic & red wine sauce
Dessert: Rhubarb almond pastry, sea-buckthorn cream and rhubarb syrup

Two classes of wine, mineral water and coffee/tea + avec are included.

It is possible to buy extra drinks at the bar.

Hundreds of people will attend the Evening Gala, and to ensure the evening goes smoothly, we have a pre-arranged seating. Members of the same organisation will be seated near each other.

The dress code for the Day Event is business casual.

The dress code for the Evening Gala is a cocktail attire. For men, it is for example a black, dark blue or a grey suit and a tie. For women, it means a knee-high or a calf-length dress, little black dress or an elegant pantsuit.

Both the day event and the evening gala have a free cloakroom for guests.

The invitation for the anniversary gala is personal. If you want to bring an avec, you can bring an avec at your own expense 139 € (including VAT) (VILPE will send an invoice for you to pay after the event). You can add an avec to your registration by contacting marketing@vilpe.com

The last day to register is May 20th.

In case you would like to give a small gift on behalf of your organisation, it is best to give it when arriving to the Evening Gala. There will be a separate gift table for this.

The most important thing for us is that you celebrate with us. Gifts are not in the main role and it is totally alright to arrive without one.

The bus transportation to the day event at the VILPE factory and to the evening gala at the Botniahall will leave by the hotels or at their proximity. See the pick-up locations.

The morning bus departure times
Hotel Royal & Hotel Astor at 10.25 – VILPE factory at 10.50
Hotel Vaakuna at 10.25 – Hotel Scandic at 10.30 – VILPE factory at 10.50
Hotel Vallonia at 10.25 – VILPE factory at 10.50

After 10.50 the buses will drive non-stop from the factory to the hotels and back to the factory. Use this bus to get back to the hotel or if you wish to arrive to the factory later.

The afternoon bus departure times

Hotel Vaakuna at 13.00 – Scandic at 13.05 – VILPE factory at 13.35

After 13.35 the buses will drive non-stop from factory to the hotels and back to the factory. Use this bus to travel back to the hotel. The last buses from the VILPE factory to the hotels leave at 15.30

The program begins at 18.30 so we recommend you to arrive to Botniahall at 18.15 at the latest.
Starting at 18.20, one bus will drive non-stop from Botniahall to the hotels and back. Use this transport when you wish to leave from the party.
The Gala ends at 02.00 and the last busses will leave from Botniahall at 01.30–02.00

Buses arranged by VILPE are free to use for guests.

In the Day Event, you can park the car at the VILPE factory.

At the Evening Gala, you can park the car at Botniahall’s parking lot.

All guests have been sent a registration confirmation on March 31st. Please check you junk email folder if you did not receive the confirmation. The confirmation message will tell if you have booked a hotel using the VILPE registration form.

The guests will pay the hotel accommodation themselves. If you booked your hotel using the VILPE registration form, you will pay the accommodation when you arrive or leave the hotel.
